How time is relative?

we all know that time depends on gravity. So lets suppose we have two smart digital scientific watch ( or those watch which can measure time in micro second ), put the one into the deep of the ocean and other in the top of the mount Everest. If we analysis the time of both watch after some months we find the time gap of some micro second on the watches due to the gravity. because gravity increases towards the center and decreases away of the center. so top of the mount Everest has low gravity and bottom of ocean has high gravity.

Lets understand by taking an example suppose two friends decided to go market to check is shop close or open on of them are traveled by speed of light and came back within less than a second and said his friend that the shop was closed. another friend asked him how do you know. he replied I am just came from there. another friend said that you are telling the future.
