What is pattern? 12 Types of pattern in different casting explained
Here we discuss about pattern and its all 12 types with figure in different – different casting. but before e start we have to learn about pattern. So pattern means the copy of an objects. In other words duplicate version or structure of an objects or body. But why we need to manufacture the copy piece of an object? we understand this with the help of definition of pattern. So In manufacturing of an object we need to first cast their duplicate structure called mold. Basically mold is nothing but a structure cavity of a real object.
If we want to make a lots of objects similar to one another then we didn’t need to manufacture all the objects one by one. we can manufacture it with the help of pattern or mold cavity. look how?
We see the toys, and other decorating things in the market. but how these products will be manufacturing? the answer is with the help of mold cavity.
First of all we need the full structure of a original object which we have to manufacture. Now make a copy version of the duplicate structure of the original one called as mold cavity. Now heat any metal which you want to pure into the mold cavity. After the metal cold remove the sand. your modal will be ready. now polished the modal.

What is Pattern?

Pattern is defined as the model or a copy piece of that object which will be casting to make another object which looks like the original object. This happens inside the sand through mold cavity.
Mold cavity is a structure inside the sand or other object like wood, wax, plastics etc.
